(a) ‘Justice delayed is justice denied’ as if a decision in a dispute is delayed too long the injured person may not receive any benefit from the judicial proceedings. Then, there will be no use of getting a decision in one’s favour after one is dead.

(b) Just society means equal opportunity to everyone. There has to be level playing field for all. A just society is for the people and not for one’s benefit. A just society has no discrimination or crime.
