volume of the body, V = 250 cm³ 

density of the body, \(d = \frac{M}{V} = \frac{150\,g}{250\,cm^3}\)

\(= 0.6 \frac{g}{cm^3}\)

Since the density of the body \(\left(0.6 \frac{g}{cm^3}\right)\) is less than the density of water \(\left(1 \frac{g}{cm^3}\right),\) the body will float on water.
