The correct decreasing order of basic strength of the following species is:

H2​O,NH3​,OH,NH2

NH2​>OH>NH3​>H2​O

NH3​ is more basic than H2​O, therefore NH2​ (Conjugate base of weak acid NH3​) is a stronger base than OH.Thus  decreasing order of basic strength is NH2​ > OH > NH3​ > H2​O,
