The correct option is: (b) Ka1 > Ka2

Explanation:

In the 1st step H+ ion comes from neutral molecule, while in the 2nd step the H+ ion comes from negatively charged ions. The presence of -ve charge makes the removal H+ ion difficult. Thus, Ka1 > Ka2
