Motivation can be defined as the reason to perform action towards your goal. Also, we say motive i.e. need that requires satisfaction. We get motivation from our society, surrounding, culture etc.
Motivation is the one thing which energises you to perform that particular action which you are hesitating not to do. It fills fire in you to do great. Motivation also comes from inspiration.
