Correct option (c) Rate = k[B2]

Explanation :

For the reaction 2A + 

B2 ⇋ 2AB, Rate = k [A]x[B2]y 

On substituting the given data, we get 

On dividing equation (iii) by (ii), we get ,

Option C is correct

The rate does not change with change in concentration of A but it is doubled when concentration of B2 is doubled.
