A quadratic equation is to be formed using numbers 0, 2, 4, 5 as coefficients and a coefficient can be repeated. 

Let the quadratic equation be ax2 + bx + c = 0, a ≠ 0

Consider the following table:

Number of quadratic equations can be formed

= 3 × 4 × 4 = 48
