Explanation:

SeFand XeO2F2, both are sp3 d hybridised, trigonal bipyramidal and see-saw shaped with one lone pair of electrons each. 

SF4 has one lone pair, XeF2 has 3 lone pairs. XeOF4 is square pyramidal with 1 lone pair, TeF4 is see-saw shaped with 1 lone pair, SeCl4 has see-saw shape with 1 lone pair, XeF4 has square planar shape with 2 lone pairs.
