Correct option (a) M3N2

Explanation:

Suppose number of M atoms = n 

Then number of tetrahedral sites = 2n

Number of N atoms = 1/3(2n)

Ratio M:n = n: 2/3 n = 3:2,

i.e., formula is M3N2
