Correct option (c) 36 g

Explanation:

Weight of magnesium = 4 g

We know that,  Weight of silver displaced (M)/Weight of magnesium

= Equivalent weight of silver/ Equivalent weight of magnesium

or M/4 = 108/12

or M = 108 x 4 /12 = 36 g
