Explanation:

In the cell, DNA molecules (i.e., deoxyribose nucleic acid) are present predominantly in the nucleus, some DNA is also present in the mitochondria in Eukaryotes. RNA molecules (i.e., ribose nucleic acid) are present in cytoplasm of the eukaryotes and in nucleus in some prokaryotes and virus. Enzymes lose their specific activity on heating.
