The correct option is (d).

Explanation:

In (c). chlorine is attached to sp3 hybridized C-atom and C-Cl bond is more polar thus, it easily gives AgCl precipitate. In case of (a) and (b), chlorine is attached to sp2 hybridized C-atom and there is double bond character between C-Cl bond due to resonance i.e., C-Cl bond is stronger bond and hence chlorine cannot be easily replaced.
