We know that product of two numbers = product of their LCM and HCF  

Given, one number x = 153 

let the other number be y 

LCM (x,y) = 2295 

HCF(x,y) = 9   

Substituting the values, we get  

2295*9 = y*153

Y=2295*9/153

Y=135
