Explanation:

The accelerating voltage for electrons in X-ray machine should be greater than 124.2 kV.

The accelerating voltage should be less than 124KV cause the wavelength given is minimum wavelength hence the voltage will always be less as the denominator will only increase making 124KV the maximum voltage.
