If CH3COOH (Ka = 10–5) reacts with NaOH at 298 K, then find out the value of the maximum rate constant of the reverse reaction at 298 K at the end point of the reaction. Given that the rate constant of the forward reaction is 10–11 mol–1 L sec–1 at 298 K. Also calculate Arrhenius parameter for backward reaction if ΔH298 = 44 kcal and Ea(f) = 94 kcal.
