Thankyou very much, but what if repetition is not allowed?

Case I: If 1st digit is an even number

Total such possible numbers  = 2 x 3 x 2 = 12

Case II: If 1st digit is an odd number.

Total such possible numbers = 2 x 3 x 3 = 18

\(\therefore\) Total numbers when repetition is not allowed

= 12 + 18 = 30
