Best answer

The correct option is (c) has higher frequency.

Explanation:

The resolving power of a microscope is given by

R = 2μ sin θ/1.22 λ Where μ = the refractive index of the medium between the object and the objective

θ = angle subtended by the radius of the objective on any one object

λ = wavelength of light used

for greater accuracy, wavelength of light used should be smaller, or conversely, the frequency of the light should be higher.
