Correct Answer - Option 3 : (i), (ii), (iii), (iv)

1. Wired networks are generally much faster than wireless networks.

2. This is mainly because a separate cable is used to connect each device to the network with each cable transmitting data at the same speed.

3. A wired network is also faster since it never is weighed down by unexpected or unnecessary traffic.

4. However, the wireless network can be extended to places in your organization that are not accessible for wires and cables.

5. Direct Waves: Practical radio transmission uses a line of sight communication which means radio waves travel in a straight line from the transmitting to receiving antenna.

FM signal is a type of radio wave. radio waves use direct wave transmission. So FM signals are generally propagated by direct waves.

6. Ground Wave Propagation: This is the method of propagation that uses the area between the surface of the earth and the ionosphere for radio wave propagation.

Ground wave transmission covers more distance than direct waves.
