Correct Answer - Option 3 : 1,60,000

Calculation:

Let the total number of votes enrolled are x.
Number of votes cast = 75% of x
Valid votes = 90% of 75% of x

Now, as 81000 is the 75% of valid cast votes so,

75% of 90% of 75% of x = 81000

⇒ (75 × 90 × 75 × x)/(100 × 100 × 100)

⇒ 81,000

⇒ x = 1,60,000

∴ Total number of votes is 1,60,000
