Correct Answer - Option 4 : 3 : 1

Given:

Profit = 25%

S.P = Rs 45

C.P of pure milk = Rs 48

Calculation:

C.P of mixture = 45/125 × 100 = Rs 36

Milk                    Water

48                         0

              36

x                           y

x = 36 - 0 = 36

y = 48 - 36 = 12

Required ratio = 3 : 1

∴ The answer is 3 : 1
