Correct Answer - Option 2 : A = 3, C = 12

Calculation:

AB + C = D

Case 1: B = 6, D = 30

6A + C = 30         ----(1)

Case 2: B = 8, D = 36

8A + C = 36        ----(2)

(2) - (1),

2A = 6

Or, A = 3

Then, C = 30 - 18 = 12.

∴ The value of A and C are 3 and 12 respectively.
