Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : 9.5%

GIVEN:

Salary after 4 months = Rs. 3800

Salary after 7 months = Rs. 4580

EXPLANATION:

Increment in 3 months  = 4580 - 3800 = Rs 780

Monthly increment = 780/3 = Rs 260

4 months increment = 260 × 4 = Rs 1040

Starting salary = Rs 2760

∴ required percentage = 260/2760 × 100 = 9.42% ≈ 9.5%

∴ REQUIRED PERCENTAGE IS 9.5%.
