Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : 165π cm3

Given

Outer diameter = 14 cm

Inner diameter = 8 cm

Length of pipe = 5 cm

Formula used

Volume of pipe = Volume of pipe(outer radius) – Volume of pipe(inner radius)

= πR2 h – πr2 h, where R and r are outer radius and inner radius and h is height

Calculation

Outer radius = 14/2 = 7 cm

Inner radius = 8/2 = 4 cm

Volume of pipe = πh(R2 – r 2)

⇒ π × 5(7 – 4) (7 + 4)

⇒ 5 π × 3 × 11

⇒ 165π cm
