Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 1 : 2.4Ω, 1W

Concept:

In parallel connection voltage across all Resistors are the same.

2. In series connection current Across all Resistors are the source.

Formula:

\(P = \frac{{{V^2}}}{R}\) → The power dissipated by Resistor

Analysis:

Since across all four Resistor voltage will same (Parallel connection) So \(P \propto \frac{1}{R}\)

Since 2.4 Ω is minimum so largest or maximum power dissipated by 2.4 Ω.
