Correct Answer - Option 1 : 5.33 μsec

The microprocessor internally divides the crystal frequency by 2 with the help of a flip-flop.

Since the crystal frequency of 8085 μp is given as 6 MHz.

So, the time period can be calculated as:

\(T=\frac{1}{3\times 10^6}sec\)

XTHL: 1-byte instruction, 5 machine cycles, and 16 – T states

The time taken for 16T states = 0.33 × 16 μ sec

= 5.33 μ sec
