Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 55 cm2

Given:

One parallel side of trapezium (a) = 10 cm

Second parallel side of trapezium (b) = 12 cm

Height of trapezium (h) = 5 cm

Formula used:

Area of trapezium = 1/2 × (a + b) × h

Calculations:

⇒ area of trapezium = 1/2 × (10 + 12) × 5

⇒ 1/2 × 22 × 5

⇒ 55 cm2

∴ The area of trapezium is 55 cm2.
