  • There are 12 members nominated in Rajya Sabha and 2 members are nominated in Lok Sabha.
  • Members nominated by the President may not vote in the presidential election, but in the election of the Vice President may vote.
  • According to Article 250, even after the enforcement of proclamation of emergency, Parliament can legislate on the subject of the State List.
  • According to Article 253, Parliament can be implemented in any part of the country for the implementation of treaties, agreements, or conventions with a country.
