  • Hubble telescope: The Hubble space telescope is a space telescope that was launched into the low orbit of Earth in 1990.
  • Kepler telescope: The Kepler telescope is also a space telescope launched in 2009, and now retired.
  • Newton telescope: When a reflector is used in the construction of the telescope, developed by Newton, so-called Newton telescope.
