Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only (II) and (III)

The problem here is inordinate delay and multiple attempts by students over many years in government exams which waste their prime years of productivity in the non-productive study. Also, the remedial course of action should suggest a solution to both delay and wastage of years by students so that their productivity can be improved.

Answer options I does not help us solve the problem since it creates another problem related to employment. Hence, I does not follow.

II helps tackle the problem by ensuring that graduates do not waste too many years in preparation

III helps to tackle the problem by reducing the amount wasted in the exam process.

Hence, only (II) and (III) follows
