Correct Answer - Option 4 : 11:26:67 a.m.

Total distance = 330 km

Sum of the speed of both train = 60 + 75 = 135 km/hr

Time taken to meet each other = 330/135 = $2\frac{4}{9}\;hr = 2\;hr\;\frac{{80}}{3}\;minutes$ = 2 hr 26.67 minutes

Required time = 9 am + 2 hr 26.67 minutes = 11 : 26.67 a.m.
