The ratio of magnetic field at the centre will be 8:3

Explanation:

We know that, At the centre

Let B1 and B2 be the magnetic field at the centre of both circles respectively.
B1 / B2 = (µ.i1/r1) / (µ.i2/r2) = 4x2 / 3x1 = 8 : 3
