Best answer

Given that, magnetic flux density (B) = 100 × 10-3 Wb/m2

Diameter (D) = 0.25 m

Generated voltage (e) = 1 V

We know that

e = BDV

1 = 100 × 10-3 × 0.25 × V

V = 40 m/s

Volumetric flow rate is given by

Q = AV

<!--[if gte msEquation 12]>=π×0.2524×40=1.96m3sec<![endif]--><!--[if !msEquation]--><!--[endif]-->\(= \frac{{\pi {D^2}}}{4} \times V\)

\(= \frac{{\pi \times {{\left( {0.25} \right)}^2}}}{4} \times 40 = 1.96{m^3}/sec\)
