Correct Answer - Option 5 :

Both A and R are false.

Amusement parks are great places to recreate and pump up energy in your vessels. There seems to be no logical explanation to why they should be banned. Thus, A is wrong. Moreover, people get tired from their daily routine and need a medium of recreation. Thus, it is wrong to say that people do not need any medium of recreation. So, R is wrong and option 5 is correct.
