Correct Answer - Option 1 :

Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A.

Human beings are warm blooded animals. They need to maintain their body temperature to a certain constant. During summers, the outside temperatures are high and body sweats to maintain its temperature as sweat evaporates and causes cooling. Thus, both A and R are true and R is a correct explanation of A. This makes option 1 correct.
