Correct Answer - Option 1 : 300%

The sound wave intensity is proportional to the square of pressure amplitude.

\(\frac{{{I_2}}}{{{I_1}}} = {\left( {\frac{{{P_2}}}{{{P_1}}}} \right)^2} = {\left( {\frac{{200}}{{100}}} \right)^2} = \frac{4}{1}\)

Hence the increase in intensity is 300 %.
