Correct Answer - Option 4 : 6%

We have H given as  joule. To measure the error,

\(\begin{array}{l} \frac{{{\rm{\Delta }}H}}{H} = \frac{{2{\rm{\Delta }}I}}{I} + \frac{{{\rm{\Delta }}R}}{R} + \frac{{{\rm{\Delta }}t}}{t}\\ \frac{{{\rm{\Delta }}H}}{H} \times 100 = 2\left( {2\% } \right) + 1\% + 1\% \\ \frac{{{\rm{\Delta H}}}}{{\rm{H}}} \times 100 = 6\% \end{array}\)
