Correct Answer - Option 2 : thickness of plates

Capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor is given as \(C = \frac{{{\epsilon_r}{\epsilon_o}A}}{d}\). Thus the capacitance will depend on dielectric medium, area of plates and distance between plates but not thickness of plates.
