The entrepreneur will pay attention on the following two important points in the selection of an enterprise:-
(1) Easy Formation:- If any enterprise is to be formed early and easily then so trade use to be better. The other partners of similar thinking are to be taken to form a partnership firm. For the formation of co-operating committee or the company of join capital, their registration is to be done after completing many legal formalities. Thus ,the entrepreneur should select and one of them after due thinking because all the kinds have their own merits and demerits.
(2) Profitability:- The objectives of any enterprise in to earn profit. Thus, all the aspects in this regard should be considered while selecting the enterprise.
