Correct Answer - Option 2 : 250

Ch = Rs. 1 per item per week

Co = Rs. 100 per order

Requirements = 50 – 0 – 15 – 20 – 20

Total cost is the cost of carrying inventory and cost of placing order.

Case (I) only one order of 105 units is placed at starting.
