Correct Answer - Option 1 : 10

Given:

The number = 59862

Concept:

Dividend = (Quotient × Divisor) + Remainder

Calculation:

The square root of the number 59862 = 244.66

⇒ 59862 = (244 × 244) + 362

⇒ So, 59862 is a nearest number of square of 245 or 244

⇒ The square of 245 = 60025

⇒ The square of 244 = 59536

⇒ The required minimum number to make a perfect square = 60025 - 59862 = 163

⇒ The sum of the digit of 163 = 1 + 6 + 3 = 10

∴ The required result will be 10.
