Given:

Salary spent on the house = Rs. 40,000

Calculation:

According to the question

⇒ 40% = 40,000

⇒ 100% = (40,000 × 100/40)

⇒ Rs. 100,000

Now,

Her annual income = Rs. (100,000 × 12)
