The correct answer is Thursday.

  • The year 2018 is not a leap year.
  • So, 15th February 2019 will be a Friday.
  • The year 2019 is not a leap year so there are 28 days in February.
  • So the number of days after 15th February 2019 to 18th April 2019 are 13 + 31 + 18 = 62
  • Number of odd days in 62 days = 6
  • Thus, on 18th April 2019, the day will be Friday + 6 days = Thursday.
  • Hence, "option 4" is the correct answer.
