Correct Answer - Option 3 : 23

Given:

X is the number of leap years in an interval of 100 years

Concept used:

Leap year -  A year occurring once every four years

Calculation:

According to the question

Divide the given year by 4 we get,

⇒ (100/4)

⇒ 25

But, 100 is not a leap year

So, (25 – 1) = 24

Now,

(x – 1) = (24 – 1)

⇒ 23

∴ The required value is 23
