Correct Answer - Option 4 : Sunil

According to the question:

There are five students are arranged on basis of their ranking.

The ranking of Kavya is second.

1

2 Kavya
3
4
5

Aman's ranking is just above Neetu. Aman is between Manisha and Neetu.

Hence, Aman is just above Neetu and just below Manisha.

Manisha

Aman

Neetu

The above pattern is only possible when Manisha is ranked in the third position.

1
2 Kavya
3 Manisha
4 Aman
5 Neetu

Now, only one place is vacant in which Sunil will be placed.

1 Sunil
2 Kavya
3 Manisha
4 Aman
5 Neetu

Now, this is the final arrangement.

It can be clearly seen that Sunil has top rank in school.

Hence, the correct answer is "Sunil".
