Correct Answer - Option 3 : \(\rm \sqrt{36 /0.06735} \ km\)

Concepts:

Distance to Visible Horizon is given as:

H = 0.0673 × D2

Where

D is the distance between object and light house/tower in Kms

H is the height of tower or Lighthouse in m.

Calculation:

Given:  H = 36 m

36 = 0.0673 × D2

∴  \(D = \sqrt {\frac{36}{0.0673}} \)Km
