Correct Answer - Option 4 : 2816 cm3

Given:

The height of the right circular cylinder = 14 cm

The curved surface area of the right circular cylinder = 704 sq cm

Formula used:

The curved surface area of the right circular cylinder = 2 × π × R × h

The volume of the right circular cylinder = π × R2 × h     Where, R = The radius of the cylinder, and h = The height of the cylinder

Calculation:

Let us assume the volume of the cylinder be V and radius be R

⇒ 704 = 2 × (22/7) × R × 14

⇒ R = 8 cm

⇒ The volume V = (22/7) × 82 × 14 = 2816 cm3

∴ The required result will be 2816 cm3.
