Calculation:

Trees were planted in Ahmedabad from 2016 to 2020 = (2500 + 2300 + 2400 + 1950 + 2100)

⇒ 11250

Trees were planted in Pune from 2016 to 2020 = (1800 + 1850 + 1840 + 1900 + 2000)

⇒ 9390

Required difference = 11250 – 9390

⇒ 1860

∴ Required difference is 1860
