Correct Answer - Option 3 : 162

Given:

A + B + C = 342

Calculation:

A : B = 3 : 2 = 9 : 6

B : C = 3 : 2 = 6 : 4

A : B : C = 9 : 6 : 4

∴ Runs made by A = 9/19 × 342 = 162
