The logic followed here is:

From option 1 -

136 - 56 = 80, It is not square of the number.

From option 2 -

89 - 25 = 64, It is square of the number 8.

From option 3 -

127 - 78 = 49, It is square of the number 7.

From option 4 -

97 - 61 = 36, It is square of the number 6.

Option 2, 3 and 4 are the square value but option 1 is not square value.

Option 1 is different from others.
