Correct Answer - Option 2 : 51

Concept:

HCF also called the largest common factor is the product of the common factors and LCM also called the smallest common multiple is the product of the highest powers of all the factors.

Calculation:

The LCM of 20, 30, and 45 is 180

The HCF of 15, 20, and 35 is 5

Now from the question, we can write as

((The LCM of 20, 30, and 45) + 75) ÷ (The HCF of 15, 20, and 35)

= (180 + 75) ÷ (5)

= 255 ÷ (5)

= 51
